so for today, we did 2 point perspective.
rather easier than 1 point perspective.
went to SMA to draw the surrounding.
then in the afternoon we started something new
for the cubes.
the tesselations is so called the 'bones'
and thus we have to add the 'skin' which
is walls, to it.
and we have to use ZO cards.
the instructions was quite unclear
and therefore, im still blurr on what i have to do. =x

a new project.
build a cube with 10cm satay sticks.
and then transfer part of our tesselation
onto the cube. it was do-able.
and we have to submit three more on monday.
building the cube was not that tough for me.
but thinking of ways to arrange the tesselation
took quite some time.

render and colour all the tesselations which
was transferred onto A1. first copy is coloured.
second one is black and white and the third one
is to be filled with patterns.
had a lecture on one-point perspective.
another one-point perspective excercise.
went around the school to look for a spot to draw.
then we have to render the drawing with our copic
rendering markers.
well that was all for the lazy monday.

we took a step further from our ontography.
blew up a small portion of our ontography and then
we are to draw the portion onto grids which is drawn on
tracing paper.
and we had to do some rotating of the grid and
trace trace trace. tsk.
and in the end, it turned out to be a tesselation.

there was a lecture on perspective drawings today.
we had to draw from a one point perspective.
kind of tough and tedious for a first timer.
but then eventually we got the hang of it.
then we have a homework to be completed.
supposed to add shapes onto the perspective drawings.
later part of the afternoon, we went through a
lecture on MC Escher. he was an artist who
drew interesting patterns which looks like it has no ending.
and the lecture got everyone going "wow".
but looking at his works make me do dizzy man.
so for this lecture, we have a mini project to do.
build a mini house by using ZO cards.
did it with Az and Yas.

there was a mistake in the time-table.
and due to that, we had a minute of false hope. tsk.
the time-table stated that our lesson for today would only
last for 1 hr. but then, like i said, it was a false hope afterall.
so for today's drawing lesson,
we learnt to shade the negative spaces.
its like, we draw and object, but shade whatever thats around
the object.
did afew drawings of that as ICE.
then had a homework to be completed at home.
and we also have to do a 3D drawings of shapes.
and colour them using colour pencils.
and the last 'event' for the afternoon was a lecture
on ontography again. it was said that
psychology has a relation to art. (:
but it got quite dry that some began to space off.
